Accessibility

Statement

At Ai365, we are committed to ensuring that our product is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. This statement outlines the current accessibility status of Ai365 in accordance with the UK Government’s Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards.

Accessibility Status

Ai365 is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. While we strive to meet accessibility requirements, some areas of the product are not fully compliant due to specific challenges outlined below.

Non-accessible Content

The following areas do not currently meet accessibility standards:

  • Interactive elements: Some interactive elements such as buttons and forms may not be fully operable using a keyboard or screen readers, which we are working to improve.
  • Colour contrast: Certain text and background combinations may not meet the minimum contrast requirements for users with visual impairments.

We are actively working to address these issues and plan to release updates to enhance accessibility in these areas.

Alternatives and Support

If any content is not accessible to you, we are happy to provide alternatives upon request. Please contact us, and we will offer the necessary support or alternative formats, such as accessible versions of documents.
